2. Two new bloods in bimetal thermometers
The TG53 (per ASME B40.200) and TG54 (per EN 13190) twins are ready for global application in the process industry.

The thermometers are available in many nominal sizes and different scale ranges. They have a high overtemperature resistance and are certified for low ambient temperatures down to -50 °C/-60 °F. With the corresponding options and approvals, they are suitable for harsh ambient conditions.

The thermometers are manufactured entirely from stainless steel. They are available in back mount or lower back mount connection and adjustable stem and dial variants.

4. Temperature transmitters continue on their successful path
After a very successful market launch in the past two years, the new digital temperature transmitters from WIKA are now also available with CSA and FM explosion protection approvals.

The new generation of transmitters, which features, among other things, perfect handling and the fastest and simplest configuration on the market, is now also on the road to success in the North American markets. Like those WIKA temperature transmitters already established, these instruments can be used almost anywhere in the world thanks to the large number of approvals and they therefore offer maximum flexibility, especially to users who are operating globally.

5. Digital float switch with PNP/NPN signal and high accuracy
Transistor instead of reed: As the first instrument of its kind, WIKA has launched a float switch with a PNP/NPN output signal. The GLS-1000 detects the level of liquids with an accuracy of ≤ 1 mm.

Users can set up to four switching points with a minimum distance of only 2.5 mm. Furthermore, the GLS-1000 can monitor the medium temperature via a temperature output with Pt100/Pt1000 resistance.
